Terms of Service

By accessing or using SumAds, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Ad Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• SumAds provides software that manages advertising campaigns within your own connected ad accounts.
• You are responsible for your ad content, offers, budgets, and the automation rules you configure.
• You will comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you connect.
• You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is application-only and may be granted, suspended, or revoked at our discretion.

SumAds charges a performance-based fee as described in our Ad Terms. Ad spend is billed to you directly by the ad platforms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The SumAds platform, software, and branding are owned by SumAds LLC. You retain ownership of your ad creatives, offers, and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

The service is provided "as is." SumAds does not guarantee any specific advertising results, revenue, or return. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SumAds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your ad spend, ad-platform decisions, or your configured automation rules.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we stop managing your campaigns; you remain responsible for any ad spend already incurred and fees earned prior to termination.
