Terms of Service

SumAds Global LLC ("SumAds Global", "we", "us") provides CanLoot, an automated ad management and analytics platform. By applying for, accessing, or using CanLoot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• CanLoot is available by application or invitation only. Access is granted at our sole discretion.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you connect a TikTok or other advertising account to CanLoot, you grant us permission to access, create, edit, pause, and analyze campaigns in that account via API or Business Center partnership. You represent that you have full authority to grant this access on behalf of the account owner.

CanLoot includes automated rules for pausing, scaling, and adjusting campaign budgets. While automation is designed to optimize performance according to your parameters, direct ad spend incurred on third-party networks (e.g. TikTok) is your responsibility. SumAds Global LLC is not liable for ad spend charges billed by third-party ad networks.

Platform fees (whether flat SaaS subscription, percentage of ad spend, or performance-share) are agreed upon during application or onboarding. Fees are billed according to your specific partnership agreement. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms.

You agree not to use CanLoot to run misleading, fraudulent, or illegal advertising, or to promote prohibited products. You must comply with all third-party network policies (e.g. TikTok Advertising Policies). We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Either party may terminate platform access upon 7 days written notice. Upon termination, API permissions will be revoked, and access to the dashboard disabled. Outstanding fees remain due.

CanLoot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SumAds Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for network outages on third-party ad platforms. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
